Information Boards: General Overview and Getting Started

Information Boards (on the left sidebar menu, sorted alphabetically) is the area of AMO where administrators can manage the classified ads board, the job board, the message board, and the resume board. Accordingly, there are four sections in this area: Classified Ads, Job Board, Message Board, and Resume Board.

Classified Ads

Create ad postings, ad categories, as well as download ad data.

Job Board

Here you can create or edit job posts, download job post data, change Job Board settings, and even create custom fields to appear on job posts.

(Admin can use the Job Board shortcode to embed the board on a web page.)

Message Board

Here you can customize the message appearing at the top of the Member Center Message Board Home Page, publish new subjects for discussion, and search existing messages.

Resume Board

Here you can add and edit resumes, download resume data, change relevant settings, and add custom fields to the resume form.
