Financial Information: Getting Started


Financial Information is a section in AMO where administrators can manage the payment settings used for dues and donations. To locate this section in the AMO platform, go to the left sidebar navigation and click Financial Information, the sixth option from the top. There are five categories nestled under this section: Billing Types, Credit Card Settings, Quickbooks Codes, Quickbooks Downloads, and Transactions.

In this section, administrators can:

  • Add and edit Billing Types
  • Manage Credit Card Settings
  • Create Quickbooks Reports
  • Search and View Transactions
