Create a Banner Ad


Administrators are able to create a banner ad to be added to their organization's webpage. Banner ads can be used on their own or with sponsorships. 


To create a banner ad, navigate to Website Management > Banner Ads.

  1. Click the green plus icon to add a new banner ad.
  2. Select a Banner Ad Type.
  3. Set a Display From Date and a Display To Date to determine when the ad will run.
  4. Check Active to display it on the webpage.
  5. Insert the URL to which users will be redirected when the ad is clicked.
  6. Enter a Description, for internal use only.
  7. Upload Banner Ad Image.
    • Recommended image sizes are listed next to the respective banner ad type, at the top of the page.
  8. Enter Contact Details for the purchaser of the banner ad. For internal use only, and required for renewal purposes.
  9. Click "Add Banner Ad" to save changes.
