Register Attendees Manually



To register an attendee manually, go to Event Management > Events.

  1. Select the pencil icon to the left of the relevant event.

  2. Select the Register tab.

  3. To search for an existing individual to be registered, select an option in the In drop-down menu, enter a relevant search term, then select Filter; search results will display below.
  • Selecting Filter with empty fields will display all individuals.

  1. Locate the individual/member to be registered (assuming they are already in your database).
  • If you are registering a non-member, scroll to the top of the page and select Click Here To Register A Non-Member For This Event; the onsite registration page for the event will open in a new window/tab, and individuals added there will also appear on the list in AMO.

  1. In the rightmost column (labeled Register As A) of the individual's row, select the Member link; the onsite registration page for the event will open in a new window/tab.
  • This link is for registering unregistered current members.

  1. Use the onsite registration page for the event to supply additional details about the attendee.
