Adjust Attendee Registration Activity


Manually adjust event attendees' registration activity as needed. 

(We recommend reviewing "Create an Event" before continuing below.)


To adjust an attendee's registration activity, go to Event Management > Events.

  1. Select the pencil icon next to the event to be edited.

  2. Select the Attendees tab.

  3. Select the pencil iconto the left of the attendee whose registration activity is to be adjusted; their record will display.
    • Use the search function on the right side of the page to locate attendees as needed.

  4. Select the Registration Group tab.

  5. Select the pencil icon (or Edit link) next to the attendee's name; their registration groups will display.

  6. Check/uncheck the boxes to the left of the line items to be adjusted, denoting which items the attendee is registered for.

  7. Select Update Registration to save changes.

A green confirmation message will appear at the top of the screen when the change has been successfully saved.

If the attendee wants an updated invoice, scroll to the bottom and select Create Adjusted Invoice.
