Turn Dues Notification Email Reports On/Off
Dues notifications are sent daily. If administrators are receiving reports with no information, there was likely nothing found for the current day that matches the association's records. Adjust these notification with the workflow below.
To turn the Dues Notification Email Reports on/off, go to Dues Management > Dues Notification.
- Click the pencil icon next to the Dues Notification Name record you'd like to change.
- Scroll down and check/uncheck the Send Email When Executed box.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Update Dues Notification to save changes.
A green confirmation message will appear at the top of the screen when the change has been successfully saved.
