Dues Management (on the left sidebar menu, listed alphabetically) is the area of AMO that houses everything required to streamline overseeing membership fees and charges, otherwise known as dues. It provides a seamless interface for adding new dues notifications, sending dues, updating existing member application processes, customizing payment messages, and categorizing members into different tiers or groups based on their membership level.
There are six sections in this area: Dues Notification, Dues Types, Grace Period, Membership Applications, Payment Messages, and Send Dues Invoices.
